I needed w/d replacement in my rental unit near ucf area. Edward has a pair and he was able to complete the replacement. He is very professional and patient. he explained the pulse function and how if the top lit is open during washing the machine would stop and when the lit closes it does not start right away because it waits for timer to be ready to start again. Overall, I'm very happy with Edward gettingthe job done right and his hard working ethics.
